My girlfriend was so moved by this when I read it to her just now she asked me to share it with her on WhatsApp with the words, 'More people need to read this.'
My reflection was that 'You're not enough but you could and should be and can be... if you buy X' is the version that the advertising and marketing worlds assault our senses with; and yes, it's dangerous madness!
So much madness and suffering and destruction of our ecosystem stemming from this delusion.
I feel vulnerable embracing my inadequacy on a regular basis. Yet, it’s led me to a grounded peace I never felt before. A sense of how interdependent we all are and how fragile and impermanent life really is.
And I count myself extremely “rich” for tending and being a part of a village, a few genuine communities which help me and fulfill me in so many ways I could never be alone...

Thank you, Tad. Jamie
Bless you Tad, this is helpful, so grateful for all your sharing and the guidance you offer, it's needed.
"Enjoy being utterly inadequate today" - I will! But also, the village...so true. xo
This hit my soul. Thank you.

Tad, this is beautiful. And exactly what I needed to read today.
And breathe......tell Jane that there are many Janes in the world. I am one of them and I will enjoy not being enough today Tad.
